Email [email protected] and include your device model, iOS or Android version, and what you were doing when the issue happened. We usually reply within two business days.

Manage or cancel a subscription

• iPhone / iPad: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → MyBabyLogger
• Android: Google Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions

Cancelling stops future charges. Access continues until the end of the current billing period. The Founding Family Pass is a one-time purchase and does not renew.

Restore a purchase

Open MyBabyLogger → Settings → Choose Your Plan → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same App Store or Google Play account you purchased with.

Sharing with another caregiver

To let a partner, grandparent or nanny log alongside you, sign in to MyBabyLogger on their device with the same account you use. Everything syncs across devices, and one subscription covers every caregiver — they don't need their own plan.

Only share your login with people you trust: anyone signed in can view, add and delete records. To remove someone's access, change your password in Settings → Account, then sign in again on your own devices.

Redeeming a promo code

Open Settings → Choose Your Plan → Have a promo code? Enter the code exactly as received. Each code works once and cannot be reused or transferred.

Export or delete your data

• Export: Settings → Data → Export data
• Delete account and all data: Settings → Account → Delete Account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, your baby's records, and your photos. This cannot be undone. See the account deletion page and our Privacy Policy for details on what we store and for how long.
