Delete Your Account
MyBabyLogger lets you remove your account and all of its data.
Option 1 — delete in the app (recommended)
- Open MyBabyLogger and sign in.
- Go to Settings (gear icon, top right).
- Open Account → Delete Account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Deletion is immediate and permanent.
Option 2 — request deletion by email
If you cannot sign in, email [email protected] from the address associated with your account, with the subject Account deletion request. We verify ownership and complete the deletion within 7 days, then confirm by reply.
What gets deleted
- Your account and sign-in credentials
- Your profile and your baby's profile (name, birth date, weight, height)
- All logged records: feedings, sleep, diapers, pumping, medicine, growth measurements
- All memories, including uploaded photos and video
- Reminders and notification settings
- Caregiver links and shared-access records
What we keep, and for how long
We keep nothing that identifies you once deletion completes. Limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, purchase records held by Apple or Google, which we do not control), and aggregated, non-identifying analytics that cannot be linked back to you.
This cannot be undone. Export anything you want to keep first: Settings → Data → Export data.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription. Cancel separately: on iPhone, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; on Android, Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
